Why Not Given Names New iPad?

The new generation of Apple iPad tablet computers have been introduced. Which is quite confusing, just named as the new Apple iPad, no-frills iPad 3 or iPad HD according to previous predictions. What is the reason?

Apple has so far not explain it clearly. According to Phil Schiller, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing Apple, the name was chosen because "Apple does not want to be predictable,".

During a press conference about an hour by Apple CEO, Tim Cook, he's just call the new iPad as a 'new iPad'. Inevitably, the world of cyberspace were curious and puzzled.

"Come on Apple, give the name," wrote one. "Is this the iPad anonymous?" wrote another.

"So this is the 'New iPad'. Is iPad next generation will be named as the 'New New iPad?," Asked the New York Times technology writer, Nick Bilton. He considered Apple's decision is puzzling.

Some parties felt about this name is not so important, and Apple has long been done in other gadgets. For example, although a new generation coming, Macs still called the MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, or iMac.

"I think it's no big deal. If you view the past, people did not like the iPad name when it first came out. But they can still sell it," writes Ina Fried, author of the technology blog AllThingsD.
